It's for everyone in our team to be reminded every day that our customers are hungry and angry, so the food better is damn good and reaches fast.**Job Description**:- Do a feasibility study for the ideation stage to understand the risk, requirements, and projection of the new products that will be performed- Develop a new recipe from lab scale to commercial upscale and relevant testing, complete with protocol and proper documentation ( SPM, BOM, etc )- Optimizing recipe to win vs benchmark in taste profile evaluation, and also meet % COGS target by calculating them properly- Develop process parameters and process flow for new processes and together with OPS and Quality find proper equipment/machines- Conduct a benchmarking study with competitor products, compare its organoleptic -performance, ingredient list/recipe, and conduct the cost comparison.
