Identify government and organizational standards and regulations.- Identify actors in the organization.- Design and Conducting Business Process Modeling with BPMN Standards.- Mapping Dependency Matrix between Entities.- Evaluate and Analyze Business Process Simulation through Process Validation, Time Analysis, and Resource Analysis.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.- Min. 1 year of experience as a Business Process Analyst or a similar role (Fresh Graduate are welcome).- Have good knowledge with ERP and Business Architecture.- Proficient in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).- Familiarity with visual modeling and design tools (e.g., Sparx System).- Have good understanding in Functionality of ERP, Sparx System/Bizagi Modeler, Togaf and Babok is a plus."Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
