Jr. Business Analyst

Act as a communication bridge between business and IT Department by translating business requirement into system specifications and vice versa translate system requirements/limitations into business language for users.- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating system/process requirements and formats.- Recommend improvements for system/process by studying current practices; designing modifications where applicable.- Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.- Maintain system/process protocols by writing and updating procedures.- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing support; training users.- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve current processes, discover issues and deliver better values.Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Economy (Finance/Accounting)- 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial/finance/data analysis, business process, finance/acct/costing, management budget & reporting (B2B or B2C)- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports- Proven analytical abilities, compile and translate data abilities, and strategical mindset to do follow up action, problem solving skill- Quick learner, able to work under pressure, detail oriented, good logical thinking, initiative and teamwork- Willing to work overtime as needed- Good communication in English- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
