Jr. Account Management Sales Executive

**Location**:Surabaya, JI, ID, 60293- Handling of inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handling of consignment stock orders and charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders etc.- Monitoring of contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures as well as accruals for bonus- Handling credit notes, bonus, statistics, market- and customer analyses- Claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers- Continuous customer data management / Active participation in maintaining customer contact- Support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a variety of situations- Customer correspondence, also in foreign languages incl. reporting- Sales Measures (e. g. price increase) are alignedPrice calculations / preparations - coordination of prices within customer group- Preparing and sending quotations- Managing the returnable containers.- Preparation of sales presentations under direction of sales managers/technology managers- Organization of meetings / events- Project work as required
