It Support & System Administrator

**Job Descriptions**:- Overall running of IT Operations across multiple countries and time zones- Installing, configuring, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware and printers- Performing data backup and recovery- Performing regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions- Preventing problems and to improve systems' performance- Fixing issues like troubleshooting hardware and software- Liaising with vendors- Repairing and recovering from hardware or software failures- Creating user guidelines and training for specific software/technology handling- Managing Global IT Inventory- Previous experience working with an international company- Have DevOps / Infrastructure experience- Must have regular system end point updates and maintenance- Up to date on new developments in the IT industry- Have an experience working in IT position for Small or Medium Enterprise- Have IT degree / qualifications- Microsoft Office suite troubleshooting skills- Microsoft Excel medium to advanced skills- Have flexible working hours, since this role is supporting our whole organisation which cater the whole Asia Pacific region**Desirable/Preferable**:Have exposure to ITAM/ITSM software**Education Requirements**:Relevant education such as:- Computer science- Computing- Information & Technology- Engineering**How to apply**:Please send your cover letter and updated resume**Location/Region**: Indonesia Office - covering APAC**Supervisor/Manager**: GM Operations & CEO**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- IT Support & System Administrator: 1 year (required)- ITAM/ITSM (IT Asset & Service Management) software: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Business English Fluently (required)
