?? Job Role Respond to technical tickets and provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems. Contact clients, propose effective solutions, and ensure issues are resolved. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, CCTV, networking, and software issues. Perform system installations, updates, monitoring, and maintenance procedures for hardware, software, and networking systems. Perform backups and restore lost data as needed. Document processes and maintain service desk records. Provide minor technical or operational training. ?? Requirements D3/S1 Degree in computer sciences, information technology, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as Linux admin, help desk, sys admin, technical support, data center technician, or similar. Experience with Virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, VirtualBox, QEMU, Hyper-V, etc) Extensive experience in Linux-based servers and network equipment (installing, monitoring, maintaining) Experience backup automation and restoring processes. Able to keep up with advancements in networking and computer troubleshooting. Good communication skills in English, both oral and written Willing to work the night shift.
