Responsible the data analysis of the daily operation and maintenance conditions of infrastructure bottlenecks andpotential problems in timely manner and corrective feedback, thus to ensure SLA compliance.2. Specialize in helpdesk support and troubleshooting, assemble and handle computer/laptop/network/server relatedproblems in terms of hardware and software.**Requirement**1.
