It Support

Assistance with setting up, troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware such as PC, laptops, imac, macbooks, servers, printers, scanners, handphone and networking equipment.- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks- User Support : Providing assistance to user with technical issue, software training, password reset and access permissions.- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary- RND : Research and testing new technology- Data Backup and Recovery : Impelementation and management of backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability, as well as assistance with data recovery in case of data loss- Documentation and Reporting : Maintaining documentation of IT systems, configurations and report of incidents and resolutions.- Possibly training more junior staff members**Job Requirement**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and stakeholders effectively- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines- Proficient in networking (Mikrotik Router, Linux, Wireless, Bandwidth Controller, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS) are a plus - Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL Foundation are a plus. Any other related professional certification will be an advantage
