**Job Qualifications**:- A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.- Experience working in IT support or a similar role, preferably in the F&B or Retail industry.- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, database management, and cybersecurity.- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.- Ability to identify and resolve IT issues efficiently.- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.**Responsibilities**:- Assist employees with hardware, software, and networking issues.- Ensure that hardware, software, and network systems are up to date and functioning properly.- Manage and secure data, including backups and data recovery.- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's IT systems and data.- Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and support.- Train employees on IT best practices and create documentation for IT systems and procedures.Expected Start Date: 04/20/2024
