**ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT**Role would require to work with one of the large Indonesian Bank. Bank is transforming / rebuilding its various platforms by Digitalization, which will help, to enhance their customer's experience. Bank has chosen to partnered with Nucleus, on various initiatives. This role would be working on one of the Digital initiative.**The Contract duration would be 1 year.****JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**- To develop integrated plan across multiple workstream in the project(development, testing, business roll out, etc.)- Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions- To facilitate communication and information exchange between external stakeholders and project teams- To host daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint demo and retrospective meetings- To address challenges and ensure projects are on track- To host regular sessions and engage with project stakeholders on projects updates and communication- To collaborate with the Product Owner for effective product backlog management and tracking- Ensure that the scope,requirements,impact, schedule and project goals are understood by the Scrum team- Aid Development team in providing value-added services and delivering high quality products- Implement project management, best practices, activity and resourcing planning- Track and monitor progress of the projects- Manage project issues and risks- Organize and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives- Driving force to build a culture of agility and learning- Coaches the Scrum Team on enactment of Agile principles and practices- Creates high performing teams by leveraging on team strengths and employing appropriate improvement techniques**Key deliverables**- Project Planning and Estimation- Status Update Reports- Project Performance measurement and forecast- Sprint Performance measurement and forecast**Required for the Position**:- **Fluency in Indonesia Bahasa** is a must. **Role would require to read / write the documents in Bahasa**- **Experience in UIM and SWIFT or ACIs Base24 eps is a must**- **Hands on experience in project management**- **Manage the projects in IT API and Middleware**- **Experience with loan functionality, mortgage, points/rewards product****Coordinating, collaborating, and communicating with stakeholder that related projects, including internal project team**- Documenting projects development status based on SDLC- Hands on experience in handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders and systems- Good experience in Project Estimation and Metrics tracking- Good experience in handling digital projects and agile delivery in financial services area- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills- Able to manage a team of 8-10 members- Holds good analytical and management skills- Enthusiastic, self-driven and committed to customer service- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders- Experience in the use of tools and techniques for effective project delivery**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp731,890,700 - Rp2,005,138,400 per month
