• 3-5 years of experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management) in the context of Software Engineering & Experienced in any software engineering role
• Excellent presentation, communication skills and written communication skills able to speak with stakeholders of different levels
Responsibilities of Role IT Project Manager • Ensure product development backlogs are delivered on time and within the scope
• Work with Product Managers and team members to provide updates to Senior Management on team deliverables and track progress toward milestones
• Assist to prioritize and sequence product releases & user stories
• Conduct Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Monitor project implementation and escalate any issue to the product team from scratch to deployment process in high quality assured
• Work with functional teams (business development, operations, sales) to gather operational and user feedback
• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases & elements, and delivering the required artifacts (functional requirements, business requirements document, and use cases)
• Writes specifications by analyzing requirements, constructs workflow charts and diagrams, studies & reviews system capabilities
• Provide technical solutions during development process
