Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Certification or significant experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies)- Min. 3 years experience as IT Manager or similar position.- Proven experience in developing and implementing BCP and DR Plans, network management, security protocols, and data management, ITIL.- Strong background in information technology with a deep understanding of various IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies.- Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party tools or APIs.- Proven experience with SAP Business One, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support.- Implementation of best practices and innovations to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction.- Skills in conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats to IT system and strong communication skills.- Thorough documentation of project plans, requirements, and outcomes.- Implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuPertanyaan Lamaran:- Have you experiences in Implementing SAP/ERP- Have you experience with ITIL**Experience**:- IT Manager: 1 year (Diwajibkan)
