Designs, deploys, maintains, and upgrades IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac). Troubleshoots and resolves network and system issues. May specialize in areas like networking, storage, or virtualization. Designs, implements, and manages CCTV. Configures network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls. Performs routine maintenance tasks and backups.
