It Infrastructure Specialist

**IT Infrastructure Specialist****JOB PURPOSE**- Responsible for site IT/OT manufacturing infrastructure technology including network, WAN, LAN, external connections and local device management.**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for operational of Data Room on site (IT Data Room and OT Data Room) and ensuring its adherence to Bayer's standard.- Ensuring IT Infrastructure team work closely with Vendors, Service Desk, and Onsite Support to provide seamless support to the user includes installation and trouble shoot of problem for IT hardware and software.- Ensures the local service and delivery management including 1st level / 2nd level support, incident management, and the local implementation and adherence of Service Level Agreements with providers.- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to IT Infrastructure related projects.- Lead deviation management and change management in IT Infrastructure topics.- Support and collaborate in execution Digitalization and Automation initiatives on site.- Work closely with IT Compliance to ensure compliant of IT device and infrastructure to Manufacturing IT Security principles in GxP regulated environment, including as Site Point of Contact (SPOC) for network firewall.**WHO YOU ARE****Education****Relevant experiences**- Good knowledge in network concept such LAN/WAN, production network, and virtualize environment- Good knowledge in Manufacturing IT Security Principles Familiar with GxP regulated environment**Main competencies for the** **job** (Core, Leaders, technical competencies)- Good communication skill- Able to work as individual and in team- Good analytical thinking- Have experience / knowledge in managing multiple stakeholders**Communication**- Fluent in English both verbal and written**Application Period**:- 29 August 2023 - 11 September 2023**Reference Code**:- 800292**Division**:- Consumer Health**Location**:- Cimanggis - Depok**Functional Area**:- Information Technology**Position Grade**:- R11**Employment Type**:- Permanent**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
