PersyaratanMinimum Bachelor degree of IT Major.Minimum 2 years as IT Helpdesk / Infrastructure Engineer.Experienced with IT Helpdesk / Tier1 Device maintenance of Office equipment (PC, Projector, Printer, mobile phone et cetera), PC troubleshoot, and Office 365's troubleshoot.Knowledge of Network/Server Design, Implementation, Operation, and Cloud Service (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) is a big plus.(Only CV in English will be processed)Tanggung JawabHelpdesk on Device Maintenance.Defining Client's Requirement and considering the best solution.Other related tasks as assigned.
