As an IT Help Desk, you are responsible for supporting all existing users regarding their requests related to IT and coordinate with IT team for follow-up and ensure full resolution of issues.Job Qualifications:- At least 1 year of working experience in the related position- Excellent communication skills- Provides technical assistance for questions and problems- Attention to details- Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude- Willing to be placed in our Headoffice (Sidoarjo)**Salary**: Rp4,750,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- IT Helpdesk: 1 year (preferred)Application Deadline: 05/21/2023
