**Job Title: IT and Production Planning Specialist**Location: Remote (Availability during Danish working hours required)We are currently seeking an experienced IT and Production Planning Specialist with a strong background in manufacturing to join our dynamic team. This position is vital to the continuous improvement of our production planning process, ensuring it becomes more realistic and trustworthy.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze and interpret production data to gain valuable insights- Collaborate with IT and the Head of Manufacturing to improve production planning processes- Implement data-driven solutions to optimize production efficiency and accuracy- Work independently while contributing to team objectives- Be available fully or partly during Danish working hours**Requirements**:- Proven experience in IT and production planning within the manufacturing industry- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams- Availability to work during Danish working hours, either fully or partlyPreferred Qualifications:- Experience with Azure and or Databricks- Experience in developing Power BI reports- Fluent in EnglishWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
