All rights reserved.**Responsibilities**:**Long Description**:**Short Description**:**Job Purpose**:The ISC Cluster / Site controller acts as a Finance Business Partner to the Sites & Managers in their cluster and supports with the development and execution of the Manufacturing, Supply chain & Site strategy, directly and with the support of their team of manufacturing controllers located across the cluster.Navigators are enabled to drive performance and add value** **where it matters most and to support high impact topics across the value chain.As a member of the regional ISC Finance leadership team, develops and operationalizes the new Regional ISC Finance organization in close alignment with global ISC controllers, and the other finance functional towers (Commercial Control, FP&A and Finance Operations/GBS).Supports the Regional Supply Chain controller in local implementation of regional SC projects and initiatives and support the IBP process which also includes the necessary linkages to commercial finance counterparts.**Key Accountabilities**:As Business Navigators you will be involved with strategy development and its implementation - Identifies opportunities by using financial and market analysis and daring to challenge key assumptions to build the business strategy. Through involvement in monthly SLOB meetings, understand reasoning for SLOB creation and ways for reducing/eliminatingDevelops, delivers relevant financial analyses that enable and drive performance management of ISC operations in scope, by leveraging local and regional FPA counterparts and central and regional ISC counterparts.Manages an efficient and effective, accurate and timely financial reporting and planning cycle for the cluster ISC organization, including both Manufacturing, SC and local procurement. This includes amongst others the accurate and up to date product costing, FMC & logístical cost control and planning, OWC (Inventories & Suppliers) management, Capex planningEnsures accounting/reporting for ISC operations in scope are in line with FEM, aligns with Finance Operations where neededSK Ensures full alignment with local Site processes/policies with Regional/Global process/policies - Inventory Count policy, annual fixed asset stocktake**Key Activities**:Leads a team of 4 manufacturing controllers across the cluster, supports and develops them in their roles as finance ISC business partner on sites, drives engagement and ensures adequate performance management, skill and talent development is in place.Expert at understanding the operations of the ISC operations and responsible for driving financial analysis and using its insights to contribute to the decision making by the ISC operationsSpecialized in determining and implementing the manufacturing optimization opportunitiesInventory Management - ensures that all materials scrapped have been approved. Ensure correct understanding of the approval requirements and monitor the scrapping records against approvals.Fixed assets - Ensure annual count of fixed assets is completed.
