Our comprehensive wide area networking (WAN) solutions enable our customers to build and operate automated, secure, and high-performance networks at massive scale - helping to interconnect people and things from any broadband access modality to - and among - edge clouds, central clouds, the Internet, and other services and data centers.The IP Subject Matter Expert Supports end to end delivery management of integration/deployment technical deliverables for ION Customer Engineering. Owns communication, scheduling, resource management, change management, risk mitigation, escalations, and all other areas of integration/deployment technical delivery.**What you will learn and contribute to**- Architect network of IP MPLS, BNG, MBH and NSM domain- Lead technical discussion with customers and project team members so as to gather the requirements of the solution and implement the solution to satisfy the requirement- Creation of project technical documentation: HLD, LLD, TSS- Support the project management team, Solution Architect and Technical Project Manager on IP technical activities implementation- Troubleshoot technical issues in the implementation, outage reporting and investigations. Act as the technical point of contact for domain implementation team- Deliver and implement the project activities and deliverables- Builds, leads, and facilitates teams to address quality issues- Facilitates development and deployment of corrective actions to address customer's issues.- Work to optimize the technical solution and identify change orders/up-scopes through change management process**Your skills and experience**- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent related experience in a technical field- Must have thorough understanding of IP network theory with detailed knowledge of Ethernet transport technologies and IPMPLS network. Experience architecting, installing and operating IP network systems- Ability to communicate professionally through all types of media with customers, associates, management, contractors, and vendors- Must have strong work ethics, be well organized, and reliable. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
