Invoice Analyst

Invoice Processing1. Check and verify invoice documents prior to posting2. Process, post, settle invoice as defined in I2P policy and procedures3. Ensure compliance on invoice processing4. Perform GL coding for Non-PO invoice/payment request5. Route non-PO invoice/payment request to Team Lead for GL Coding review and approval6. Monitor outstanding employee T&E advance in regular basis7. Pass invoice with issues to the Exception Handling team and drives for resolution8. Assist in update of process documentation and/or SOPs as required9. Eliminate non-standard practices and non-complianceService Management and Continuous Improvement1. Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service2. Maintain good relationship with external and internal stakeholdersAudit and Compliance1. Support auditors and legal authorities by providing necessary information as needed2.
