Position Summary / Job Purpose:Responsible for coordinates activities related to stocking and replenishing goods sold by the company.**Responsibilities**:- Maintains working knowledge of Purchasing and include capabilities to create and maintain new material, and phase in/out of product.- Maintains working knowledge of sales forecast, Materials Requirement Planning system and capabilities to submit forecast inventory to Regional/Global team for regular and tender business arrangement.- Generates Purchase Request and in coordination to create Purchase order.- Secures best confidentiallity pricing for goods and/or services (SKU items included).- Maintains correct purchasing data (i.e., vendor lead times, minimum purchase lot sizes, standard costs, on hand quantities, MoQ, vendor information, etc.).- Ensures timely delivery of goods and expedite orders when needed, Create monthly bottleneck report and distribute to the sales and marketing department, to take necessary action accordingly.- Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly report relevant to Planning and Inventory Management.- Control and monitor the tasks of planning and inventory management due to minimum deviation appears eg. ideal calendar days of inventory (Internal Warehouse), minimized write off exposure, good forecast accuracy, good expiry date of the product, good fulfillment rate, ideal and on time generic purchase plan according shipment schedule, bottleneck management, Analysis of slow moving product and short self-life.- Maintains inventory and quality by conducting physical counts; monthly reconciling variances.- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to streamline our business operations.Organization Chart:**Job Requirements**Basic Qualification (Knowledge, Experience, Education):- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business administration or related field with minimum 3 years and experience in warehousing management.- Strong knowledge and understanding warehouse management software and databases- Experience with SAP- Ability to think innovatively and implement process improvement initiatives- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (mostly MS.
