International Business Development Manager

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Role Objective Develop and administer business development plans and processes to generate new/ additional business, maximize profit and grow market share in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.
Role Responsibilities Execute business development plans and processes to achieve targeted customer growth and retention rate, revenue targets and budgets Deliver projects and initiatives to develop new business and maximize exposure forDHL amongst targeted prospects Prospect new business development opportunities through market research, developing marketing initiatives, and other method Develop leads, conduct pre-proposal visitations, prepare proposals and conduct negotiations to close Job Requirements Having at minimum 4 years experience in Supply Chain/Logistics with at minimum 2 years in key account management Having in-depth knowledge of supply chain process and account management Written and verbal English proficiency Written and verbal Mandarin proficiency Minimum bachelor degree from any major
