**Job Description Summary**:**Role Summary/Purpose**:GE's internships offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience through challenging projects, learn from some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the business and network with a variety of talented professionals.**Essential Responsibilities**:Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Support in quality documentation improvement on PT GENTS QMS system (based on ISO 9001:2015)- Co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence- Support in performing audit and follow up its finding closure- Support in inspection records improvement- Conduct data collection related to cost of poor quality and process First Pass Yield- Improve record and documentation related to training programs- Raise any EHS or Quality Concern and Stop Work (if required)- Raise ideas of quality improvement project, coordinating with PT GENTS quality team for its trial and implementation- Support in product qualification package- work at PT GENTS - Bandung**Internship Benefits**:- Opportunity to learn and execute Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business- Exposure to Power generation repair workshop machinery & operating technologies.**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Currently pursuing/Completed a Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering- Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes - Possess good communication skills- able to do minimum 6 month internship program- Able to work together as team"We are passionate about creating an inclusive work environment.
