Interior Designer

**PLACEMENT AT IDD-PIK 2****JOB SUMMARY**:Undertake a variety of space designing projects from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design which practical but yet visually pleasing.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Undertake design project from concept to completion- Define project requirements and schedule during the briefing process- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing- Do measurements, set costs and project fees according to budget- Look for partnership and work closely with designers, decorators, architects and contractors- Supervise work process and progress- Create the customized 3D interior design or mood boards to clients- Create the products 3D database- Research and follow changes, evolutions, and best practices especially in the home and living industry**SPECIFICATIONS**:- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Interior Design or related field- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (include consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs- Creative talent, imagination and "eye" for design- Having excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia- Able to mobile to sites when needed- Able to work independently and as a teamJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuUpah: Rp5.000.000 - Rp7.000.000 per bulan
