Key Responsibilities:1. Design Development:Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.Develop innovative and functional design concepts that align with the client's vision and budget.Create detailed design drawings, renderings, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools.Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories to enhance the overall design concept.2. Team Leadership:Provide leadership and direction to a team of interior designers, drafters, and support staff.Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on design principles, technical skills, and project management.Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.3. Client Relations:Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress and solicit feedback.Address client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, striving to maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.4. Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough reviews of design documents and specifications to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards.Perform site visits and inspections to verify that designs are implemented according to plan and meet quality standards.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree preferred.2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial or office projects.3. Proven track record of successfully managing interior design projects from concept to completion.4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.7.
