About the Institutional Equity Sales - Securities (M - SM) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for building client's loyalty and market the Bank’s research and trading ideas to local and foreign institutional clients. This role will be reporting to Head of Institutional Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct the institutional equity activities needs of the company
Ensure that all activities are met with expected company business objectives/requirements
Market the Bank’s research and trading ideas to local and foreign institutional clients
Engage with all Institutional clients in order to provide information and stocks recommendation everyday
Maintain good relationship and deliver excellent dealing services to Institutional clients
Develop, review and improve manual, procedures, policies, guidelines and work process
Comply at all times with all relevant acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations
Work closely with research team to market the firm’s ideas to clients better

To succeed in this Institutional Equity Sales - Securities (M - SM) role, you must have a strong determination to exceed the target and a solid network within financial institutions both local and multinationals.
Key Requirements:
Having at least five years' trading experience in local equity market
Hold valid WPPE License
Excellent decision making skill with proven time management capability and strong technical knowledge and skill related to equity trading
Very knowledgeable in building customer loyalty with exceptional communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skill and persuasive idea communicator
