You are ready to learn and collaborate and go the extra mile to make things happen.If the above sounds like you, this position might be just what you're looking for!About the jobThe role is responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers, including complex quotations and advance technical support (including sizing & selection).Key tasks:- Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Products and services.- Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.- Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.- Proactive looking for upselling opportunities.- Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.- Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.- Support Field Sales in creating quotations.- Provide support to Order Management team and Claims Department when necessary.What you know?- Has good local market knowledge and developed impactful strategies in accordance with the business vision and networking.- Demonstrated proven track record of over-achievement in your current or previous work capacity.- Outstanding interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties.- Always seek to understand the key stakeholders' business challenges and working it through collaboratively together.- Minimum 3 solid years' experience in fast-moving components or parts sales and channel sales in related industries.What is in it for you?- You get access to an international, open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create values for our customers, people and planet- You work in a company who values personal development and leadership- Your work will have a true impact on Alfa Laval's future success
