Responsibilities / Introduction Writing effective and engaging copy for existing or new product/feature to introduce to users, includes but not limited to user navigation, as well on-boarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience. ? Participate in an end-to-end design process with UX designers, product team, and engineering team ? Gathering customer insights by conducting UX test to improve products and features ? Express our branding, style, and tone of voice through UX writing Requirement 5+ years of people management experience in a technology leadership role, including experience mentoring senior leaders on management and technical tracksSeveral years of hands-on software design and development experience in a customer-serving and/or platform context, preferably involving high scale distributed systems ? Experience leading and growing a team of Engineers ? Experience with developing automated internal frameworks, increasing developer and release velocity, improved code health, and building developer tools. ? Strong organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills ? A solid foundation in software design, data structures and algorithms, and strong analytical skills and debugging skills ? A connection to industry-level trends and best practices, with the ability to advocate for and achieve continuous change and evolution ? Track record of retaining, developing, motivating, and mentoring highly effective teams. ? History of success building and managing teams that are accountable, reliable, and performance-oriented ?
