Responsibilities / Introduction Lead and manage on NPD project in term of design the process (Designing methods, machines and equipment to process raw materials into finished products), scaling up development from lab scale or transfer from other operating companyIdentifying opportunities for increased efficiencies in processes and materials.Reviewing current process performance, preparing reports and analyzing costs and feasibilities.Lead and manage whole process improvements activitiesInspecting plant to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.Establishing measurement protocols and analyzing work processes and samples to determine labor utilization.Determining specifications, materials, equipment, capacities and workflows. Requirement Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food TechnologyMinimum 3 years of experience as R&D Manager or equivalentGreat understanding of Product knowledge and production processGreat understanding of NPD stage & GateGreat problem solving skillsGreat knowledge of Food safety, food regulation, quality managementGood knowledge of Personal Hygiene, HACCP/Food Safety, GMP, Halal, Dampak & Pengendalian Pencemaran Lingkungan, 5S, Quality System, Allergen, Safety.
