Responsibilities / Introduction Takes ownership and personal accountability for results of the FactoryResponsible for the safety of all employees operating within the business area and implementing safety programs to improve safety performance. Assess and manage all foreseeable risks that are related to the business assets.Monitors the operations to ensure compliance with all established standards, procedures, applicable laws, and regulations.To lead the business area teams to achieve or exceed agreed outputs – efficiency, costs, waste, productivity, safety, and qualitiesMaximizes cost effectiveness within the factory by ensuring compliance with established budget, labor, and revenue benchmarks. Requirement Must possess 5 – 10 years of relevant experienceExperienced in working on fast track diversified projectsMust be able to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.In-depth knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)Have the ability to set and achieve high standards of performance.Able to speak, read and write English.
