(Indonesia) Financial Controller

Responsibilities / Introduction • Establish and ensure proper policies and accounting methods have been implemented within the Company's book according to the latest accounting standard• Plan, implement and oversee finance initiatives and daily operations• Guard and ensure the reliability of financial data and business key metrics• Perform and oversee annual audit process to receive unqualified audit opinion• Monthly financial reporting and analysis and recommendation for P&L improvement• Work closely with other Division to identify and fixed finance related issues• Perform yearly budgeting and quarterly re-forecast of financial projection• Continuously improve finance business process• Review legal agreement with clients and vendors mainly on the commercial area Requirement • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related field• Minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience in the field with at least 2 years leadership experience• Ready to work under pressure and tight deadlines• Big 4 accounting firm exposure will be preferable• Experienced in operating cloud-based accounting software (XERO)• Able to work with minimum supervision and can act as highly supportive team player
