Prepare and coordinate PO to VendorsNegotiate with forwarder and checking Import docs (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Sales Contract, PO, BL, E-COO &PIB)Ensure Customs docs are in accordance with the PO releaseCheck the Pre Shipment Instructions and shipping mark before the goods are shippedHelp monitor ordered goods until they reach the warehouseCheck with buyer and procurement teams for goods delivery planCoordinate with finance team for process payment to vendors and duty importResponsible and report to procurement managerManaging Purchase Agreement with VendorsUnderstand regulation of Import (HS, Lartas, PI & etc)Have 1 years of work experience in the same fieldExperience in handling ImportAt lease bachelor degree all major min GPA 3.00Fluent in EnglishProficient to work using google sheet and mc officeDetail oriented, able to meet tight deadline and good communication skillSKILLNegotiationCommunicationDetail OrientedEnglish LanguageMandarin Language is a plus
