Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is seeking a dedicated IGCSE / A Level English Teacher with a minimum of 2 years experience in teaching within the IGCSE / A Level curriculum.**Role and Responsibilities**:As an IGCSE / A Level English Teacher at Mutiara Harapan Islamic School, you will:- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.- Employ creative and interactive teaching methodologies to enhance student understanding of IGCSE / Level English concepts.- Provide individualized support to students to help them excel in their studies.- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, including assignments, tests, and projects.- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and critical thinking.- Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to contribute to the school's educational initiatives.**Qualifications**:**To be considered for this role, you should have**:- Having a teaching license is an advantage.- Familiar with the Cambridge curriculum with a minimum of three (3) years experience as an English Teacher in a Cambridge school setting.- Excellent proficiency in English both oral and written is a MUST for all applicants. Minimum IELTS 7.5.- Familiar with Google Workspace, good teaching administration, and teaching technology.- Passionate about teaching and education, has the willingness to improve and learn continuously.- Possess strong classroom management skills.- Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively in an Islamic educational environment.- Full time.
