Ibusibuk Project Executive (Orami)

Manage the execution of projects for a smooth and efficient process across all Orami divisions involved in the project (internal)- Develop system and SOPs for execution of different type projects- Have overview of load of projects to ensure adequate support and resourcing for project executions- Continuously improve system and process to achieve optimum efficiency- Identify problems or risks and coordinate to find solutions- Create and manage timeline of projects to ensure timely delivery as per agreed timeline- Lead internal coordination across divisions (meetings, deadlines, etc)- Collect proof of broadcast for reporting- Update execution and budget tracker- Oversee budgeting as set together with AEs**Job Requirement**:- Bachelor Degree- Experience in project management for digital agencies, e-commerce or other digital/tech based companies is highly desirable- Proactive and inquisitive nature essential- Strong organizational skills and time management- Active communication, target oriented, proficient in negotiation & presentation skill- Have knowledge of sales & marketing strategy- Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.
