?? Job Role Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Ensure seamless execution of HR policies and procedures. Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top talent. ?? Requirements Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures Experience in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, Master's degree preferred Experience in the food processing industry or FMCG is a plus Willing to relocate to Majalengka ??
