Graha Seturan PersadaProject Hotel & Apartment Seturan - YogyakartaWe are Hiring!**Human Resources Capital**- Create and develop Strategy management for company resources development to achieve the best performance for company's objective.- Recruiting & Interviewing to finding qualified individuals for open positions within the organization and completing the necessary steps to screen them for hiring.- Promotes a good relationship to all employees regarding to achieve the objective of KPI each employees in their department.- Compliance training to communicate process changes or legal regulations and professional development opportunities for existing employees to help employees learn new skills and improve upon their skills.- Managing human resources activities; including but not limited to recruitment & selection, learning & development, research and performance management.- Assist, coordinate and collaborate with other departments and/or 3rd party subsidiaries (related to human resource activities).- Managing HR administrative works.**Min Qualifications**- Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR Management or Economics.- Have 2 years of work experience in recruitment & selection and/or training & development.- Have strong analytical ability and high attention to details.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Fluent in English,is an advantages.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Dari Rp3.000.000 per bulanPertanyaan Lamaran:- Apa yang menjadi kelemahan anda secara interpersonal ?Pendidikan:- S1 (Diutamakan)Pengalaman:- di bidang Human Resources yang anda punya ?: 2 tahun (Diutamakan)Tenggat Lamaran: 31/08/2023
