Human Resources Business Partner

**Responsibilities**:Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the Division to Human Capital line services i.e. Recruitment, Development, OrganizationalWork along with business leaders to provide solutions in people matters in organization plans, manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and coaching-mentoring.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower planningClosely works with the TA team to recruit personally the key talents for the DivisionAssist with recruitment efforts when necessary to ensure the continued growth and success of the businessDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirementsMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to the daily management of employeesAssist management in conflict resolutionWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.Set standards for the ethics, values, and culture of the companyMinimum 3 years of experience as HRBP and exposure to many HR functionsFluent in English, both oral and writtenBachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, or CommunicationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well with people at all levelsResourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrityA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationsAble to join ASAPWilling to do WFO policy (Office located in Mega Kuningan)
