**Responsibilities**:- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.- Assist with employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and necessary paperwork.- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.- Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.- Assist with performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs.- Assist with the coordination of training and development programs.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.- Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and employment laws.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.- Placement in Jakarta.
