**About the job Human Resource Supervisor (Insurance)**:**JOB SUMMARY**This role will assist the Head of General Affairs & Human Resources. Not only does this person needs to have experience in General Affairs, but he/she also needs to be fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken.- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the human resource development- Manage the human resource system- Manage the hiring process of the company- Evaluate the human resource management strategy**QUALIFICATIONS**- Male / female, preferably in their 20s-30s- Fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written)- Min 3 years experience
