Human Resource Supervisor

Strengthened by experienced professionals from the banking industry, we seek to add more consultants with the eagerness to learn from the cream of the crop and grow together with us in the rapidly transforming financial and technology world.Together with the management enhance, assess, and deliver new and existing ideas for company purposes.Create and manage HR calendar and timeline, based on management approvals.Plan, coordinate and manage all HR administrative functions of the organization.Performance management of all departments / employees.Training and self-improvement management to all new hires and/or existing employees.Serve as a consultant to assist and advise other managers on human resources issuesCounseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.Oversee an organization's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processesHandle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary proceduresBachelor's degree in HR or similar (preferably a master's degree).Relevant experience in an HR role for minimum of 5years.Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong moral and ethical code.Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.Excellent administrative skills.Aware of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan rules, latest Undang-Undang Ciptaker rules and other governments regulations.
