Algoritma was founded in 2017 to make data science accessible to everybody. We organize corporate training, programming workshops, and data science bootcamps that adopt a learn-by-building approach suited to beginners and non-programmers.The RoleMaintain Employee administration, including BPJS, insurance, attendance, and data administration.Manage performance appraisal, career planning & development.Plan, implement and coordinate internal events, learning activities and Employee engagement activities.Preparing and distributing relevant HR letters/documents as per requirement.**We are looking for someone who**:Minimum 1-year experience as an HR Generalist/Operations/Talent Acquisition, experienced in a fast-paced start-up industry will be a plus.Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any field, preferably in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.Proactive, flexible, and willing to take on new projects and deliver on time.High integrity, strong in multitasking, communications, good problem solving (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking), time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or within a team.Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
