?? Job Role Manage the planning and execution of proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with the contractual service level agreement. Implement & and monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in the same and identify all operational findings/issues in inventory. Perform inventory control checks, including monthly stock counts with the Finance team. Manage time scheduling & and directly control inventory staff on day-to-day operations. Working with the team to ensure the day-to-day analysis optimizes the inventory position. Apply continuous improvement initiatives to drive the process, inventory accuracy, compliance, on-time completion, within budget, and documented results. Work closely with management, Operations, Technology, and Finance on inventory tracking systems to streamline business operations and accountability of stock across the network. Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders. ?? Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain Management. Excellent knowledge of WMS & ERP based principles. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor or Controller from a Retail, Logistic, or E-commerce background. Highly motivated with the "never-give-up" and growth mindset. Comfortable and able to thrive in an uncertain and dynamic environment. Quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership skills with background demonstrating exceptional level communication with key stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems. Work collaboratively and effectively with various departments, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders. ??
