To Develop achievable improvement target for HSE&S in order to ensure the achievement of best practices level at most elements in the company.a. Develop strong HSE&S organization, in order to support company's HSES performance.b. Assess the HSES historical performance as an input to develop improvement target.c. Assess organization capability and constraints as an input for HSES target.d. Formulate and gain agreement for appropriate HSES targets, ceilings, and milestone for injuries, illness, health and hygiene programmed.e. Develop Site HSE&S Improvement Plan with Management Team as per alignment and approval Regional HSE&S Manager2. To develop and monitor the implementation of HSES programmea. Communicate the improvement target by function and by line manager.b. Facilitate the program implementation and performance monitoring.c. assist related department promoting HSES through people and other means of publication.3. To develop Letter of assurance Commitment and achieve commitmenta. Assess the historical letter of assurance commitmentb. To construct and monitor the annual HSES letter of assurance commitmentc. Leading the program implementation as per advised by Letter of Assurance Commitment4. To develop plan, organize, monitor and evaluate all risk assessment activities including hazard studies.a. To identify risks associated with all business processb. Develop the risk mitigation (critical procedure) to eliminate risks as per HSES standardsc. To facilitate the understanding of critical procedures by all respective functionsd. To monitor and audit the actual implementation of the critical procedurese. To evaluate the outcome of hazard studies and propose risk mitigation.5. To plan and to conduct HSE&S Training.a. Develop training plan as per competency gap.b. To facilitate process of improving knowledge & skills of employees in HSES aspects at all level.c. To provide guideline for the organization in all aspects of business operation in order to ensure compliance HSES standard.6. To ensure compliance in all HSE&S standard and regulatory requirements in every activities within his/her working unit.a. Promote safe work activities in compliance to HSE&S standard & regulation.b.
