**HSE Officer****JOB PURPOSE**:- Responsible for HSE requirements and workplace safety and health procedures as in place.- Support implementation of Integrated Management System as well as SMK3.- Reinforcement HSE program implementation on site through communication and collaboration with other functions.- Manage waste treatment plant activities in compliance with Bayer and local regulations.**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Perform waste management activity (hazardous & Non hazardous waste, WWTP, Domestic waste) in compliance with Bayer and local regulations and ensure personnel competency in accordance with requirements.- Support implementation of Integrated Management System and SMK3.- Reinforcement HSE and sustainability program implementation on site through communication and collaboration with product facing squad as a plan.- Conduct risk assessment (OHSERA) in collaboration with area owner and ensure mitigation plan execution by area owner timely.- Conduct safety inspection and reinforcement of hazard recognition and near miss report by all employees as well as leading incident report in collaboration with area owner for collecting encourage to used Intelex, safety campaign, safety booth, and establish one pager.- Supporting data for periodic reporting but limited to "Neraca Limbah", E-Manifest, P2K3 and execute equipment certification as well as maintaining SDS and updating critical properties material in coordination with area owner.- Supporting execution emergency drill as emergency response team and assist external laboratory to sampling activity for Industrial hygiene (IH) and environmental monitoring.- Review and testing PPE to ensure specification and design of PPE fit to standard and maintain stock minimum PPE- Ensure implementation of Occupational Health program through collaboration with medical services team.**WHO YOU ARE**:- **Education -** Preferable as bachelor degree in Safety/Environment- **Relevant experiences** - Having experience in 2 years as Safety Officer- **Main competencies for the Job -** CenifiedAK3 Umum focus,discipline, collaborates- **Communication**:- Capable communication in English and Detail orientation**Application Period**:- 3 - 16 May 2024**Reference Code**:- 816581**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- Surabaya**Functional Area**:- Sustainability, Health, Safety, Environment**Position Grade**:- R11**Employment Type**:- Permanent**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
