**Our client is looking for a Human resource and General Affairs Supervisor****Responsibilities**- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities- Responsible for all general affairs task in the company.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business, or related area- **Have experience working in Manufacturing industry is a great advantage**:- Min. 4 years of experience working in Human Resources- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- A disciplined person and great with details- Ready to join immediatelyx- Willing to WFO, and live near Cikarang areaPay: Up to Rp10,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Cikarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Will you be able to join immediately?- Are you willing to be placed in Jababeka, Cikarang?
