Requirements:- Preferably having 1 year experience in the same field, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.- Having good communication skill, leadership, influencing and interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.- Preferably having experience in handling HRIS (Talenta).- Can join as soon as possible.**Responsibilities**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the database.- Draft and prepare employment contracts for new hires and existing employees.- Utilize HRIS software (such as Talenta) to manage employee data, attendance, leave.- Handle employee reimbursement requests and verify expenses- Identify office needs (laptops, stationery, etc.)- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and replenish as needed.Jenis Pekerjaan: KontrakGaji: Rp4.500.000 - Rp5.500.000 per bulanPertanyaan Lamaran:- How soon could you realistically join our team if offered the position?
