This pivotal role is charged with the responsibility of meticulously overseeing employee administration and implementing strategic HR initiatives, all aimed at establishing a seamlessly functioning HR system.**Key Responsibilities**:- Efficiently manage and administer payroll processes.- Prepare, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of records and reports related to payroll transactions.- Coordinate and guide employees in goal setting, performance evaluation, and submission of results.- Participate in or lead the development of innovative HR systems, alongside the planning, projects, and policy implementation.- Serve as the project coordinator, ensuring smooth project execution among the team, consultants, and business units.- Provide guidance and timely resolution of employee issues, fostering positive relations.- Manage the visa and work permit processes for foreign employees.- Oversee the management and renewal of crucial company documents and licenses.- Proficiency in accounting and finance is preferred.**Key Qualifications**:- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the field.- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.- Possess basic computer skills and aptitude for business analysis.- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for making a meaningful impact.- Prior experience with HR software is highly desirable, showcasing a commitment to staying at the forefront of HR technology.
