**HRGA Assistant**Based in Jakarta- To prepare payroll and ensure all compulsory deductions and tax requirements are legally followed.- To liaise with BPJS and ensure compliance.- To publish or post job vacancies on job portals or print media.- To schedule job interviews and collect feedback.- To prepare employment contracts and offer letters.- To assist in formulating company policies and employee handbook.- To maintain statutory compliance as per various acts and labor laws.- To record employee attendance and absenteeism.- To assess the job requirements from each department.- To prepare employee appraisals and grievances.- To always abide confidentiality in disclosing employee and company information.- To ensure daily operational requirements of office are met.**Requirements**:- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.- Minimum S1 degree in Management or Psychology.- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.- Have good communication skills.- Able to work in a team and independently- Have an initiative, honest, creative character.
