**Location**:- Surabaya- Surabaya**Work Type**:- Contract- PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment firms in Asia Pacific providing clients with comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions, enabling us to leverage their connections as one of the largest recruiting firms in Asia Pacific.- We are now seeking a position as a HRGA Manager who will handle the following key responsibilities as below:- Develop HR management strategies and policies in the Company based on long-term and short-term strategies that have been determined in accordance with applicable government regulations in order to obtain HR with the performance, capabilities and competencies that are in accordance with what the company wants.- Prepare work plans and budgets for his/her section in accordance with the established HR strategy 2 policies and systems to ensure the achievement of the HR section's goals.- Coordinate and control the implementation of HR functions throughout the company to ensure that they are in accordance with the strategies, policies, systems and work plans that have been prepared.
