**Key Responsibilities**:- Implement, administer and identify ways to improve policies and procedures- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee/industrial relations and performance management issues- Lead the implementation of employee's journeys programs to improve the employee experience- Prepare termination and severance lettersDesign and manage corporate training & development program- Develop and manage talent management program & implementation**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline 5+ years' experience in HR Expertise in HR policies and procedures, best practices and current regulations- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion- Familiarity with MS Office suite Excellent communication skill
